Freeform Five - Electromagnetic music video

Another of our early music videos. Filmed in one take at a gig at Nectar, London by our friends and fans of the band, we used the footage to create the base for the video and added effects in post-production. The cut-out effect was painstakingly made by drawing round every frame of the film by hand in a process called rotoscoping. We created a variety of psychedelic backgrounds to add behind the cut-outs and edited between them. Produced, directed and edited by Red Banana.
